Uncle Joe's Bar & Grill was recently cited ILLEGALY for a violation of the Ohio Smoking Ban.
Despite 2 seperate rulings by an Ohio Judge stating that the way the Health Department enforces the ban is ILLEGAL.
As Judge David E. Cain put it, "Placing the onerous of enforcing the SmokeFree Act against individuals completely on property owners is LUDICROUS and defies basic notions of fairness.
The Cuyahoga County Health Department should take some time to learn the English language, READ this Judge's decision and then read the Constitution of Ohio and the United States.
